Calculate 75 cm for a bow around an A5 card and around 60 cm for a half bow or knot. The silk ribbon’s bias cut ensures high quality because it prevents the ribbon from fraying easily. This means that the ribbon might have joins every 2 meters or so. These aren’t defects but rather a necessary part of creating a continuous ribbon. We suggest to calculate a few extra meters to make sure you have enough material.
